Our Hybrid Workplace
At our core, we value relationships. We know firsthand that strong working relationships are built through in-person collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentorship. We also recognize our team members’ desire for flexibility.
To strike a healthy balance of our personal and professional needs, we work in a hybrid environment. Typically, we are in the office 2-3 days a week with the option to work remotely the remaining days.

Installing solar panels that offset 60% of our office’s energy usage, saving more than 200,000 pounds of CO2 emissions annually – the equivalent of more than 1,700 trees per year!
Setting up compost and recycling bins throughout our office to offset our energy usage and carbon footprints.
Quarterly stream clean-ups to preserve the natural beauty of Raleigh’s environment and maintain a clean and healthy ecosystem.
